Over 30 years experience in large property brokerage which includes providing business feasibility studies to landowners and developers in order to close the Sale or Joint Venture Agreement. I do market research and financial simulations of development outcomes in collaboration with architects and engineers in order to produce a business development strategy for both parties to the venture. My studies are used by developers for bank loans and development financing.

Blanco accumulated over 20 years of combined experience in construction project management, engineering planning and market research which are important disciplines in the conduct of a good, reliable Business Feasibility Study. His engagement with various property developers provided him actual, hands–on training and exposure to doing business feasibility studies that truly reflect market and financial reality.
