I’m a triple PRC-licensed real estate professional in the Philippines, a Real Estate Broker, Appraiser, and Consultant. My purpose is to help Filipinos and international investors build generational wealth through smart and meaningful real estate investments.rnrnI discovered my passion early — closing my first sale at 18 and realizing that real estate could change lives, not just portfolios. At 25, I became CEO and President of my own brokerage firm, Legacy International, before being appointed Country Manager for International Sales at Megaworld International, where I now lead a global network of more than 300 brokers and affiliates driven by excellence and integrity.rnrnI hold a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, a Master in Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University, and I’m currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management and a Global Master in Business Administration at the University of Western Australia to expand my global leadership perspective.rnrnAt the core of my journey is one belief: every transaction can create a legacy — one that uplifts people, builds communities, and stands the test of time.
